Insert scaffolding pole - if couplings are available

VERSION SCAFFMAX 2021

Description

With this function you can insert a scaffolding pole on existing couplings. If the scaffolding pole exceeds a certain length, you can select a length for the sections.

Prerequisites

  • The folders ..\sc2021\sc_systems\Generic\components-2020 and components-c must exist.
  • A scaffolding system with (free) couplings must be available.

Steps

  1. Click on Advanced features in the scaffmax command bar.
(Haken) The scaffmax functions dialog is displayed.
  2. Double-click the line Scaffolding pole - ... if couplings are available.
(Haken) A blue crosshair hangs on the cursor.
  3. Snap to a coupling, e.g. at a passage.
(Haken) The starting point for the pole is set.
  4. Move the cursor towards the target point.
(Haken) The pole is indicated as a blue line.
  5. Click on the desired location.
    (Haken) The pole is drawn.
  6. If the length of the scaffolding pole used is greater than 6 m, you must select the length of the sections in a dialog.
(Haken) The Define the scaffold rod dialog is displayed.
(Info) If you require other lengths, these must be adapted in the appropriate folder (see prerequisites).
  7. Double-click the line with the length you want.
(Haken) The Define the scaffold rod dialog is closed.
