Description

Scaffolding can be supplemented with your own parts. For each inserted part an instance name can be assigned to further differentiate it.
Your own parts are displayed in a separate tab in the material list and are also included in the reports.

Prerequisites

• Your own parts are available as components (see Create own part).

Steps

1. From the command bar, click Open list of items.
    The item list is displayed.

2. Under Scaffolding Systems, select user.
    Your own components and assemblies are displayed.
    If your components are not displayed, check the level of detail set (see Settings > Scaffolding system > Display type of componentssettings Representation of the components and Language scaffolding systems (see Settings > scaffolding system).
   
   

3. Selektieren Sie eine Zeile, um ein Bauteil in der Zeichnung zu highlighten.
    Falls Sie ein eigenes Bauteil mehrfach in die Zeichnung eingefügt haben, können diese anhand der Instanz-Bezeichnung unterschieden werden.

   Filtern Sie die Artikelliste ggf. noch nach Bauteilen oder Bauteilgruppen (Auswahlliste Produktgruppen) und nach bestimmten Suchbegriffen If necessary, filter the item list by components or assemblies (Product groups) and by specific search terms (Filter).

4. Selektieren Sie ein Bauteil mit der rechten Maustaste.
    Die Zeile wird gelb markiert.
    Sie können das Bauteil auch mit der linken Maustaste selektieren und an andere Bauteile andocken, falls das Bauteil eigene Klickpunkte hat.
   

5. Positionieren Sie das Bauteil in der Zeichnung und klicken Sie die linke Maustaste.
    Das Bauteil wird in der Zeichnung abgesetzt und selektiert.

6. Geben Sie in der Standard-Ablage im Abschnitt Elementinformationen im Feld Instanz eine Bezeichnung ein, z. B. _Süden.
    Falls Sie nur ein Bauteil in die Zeichnung einfügen, benötigen Sie hier keine Eingabe.
7. Klicken Sie in der Programmleiste auf Materialliste.
    Damit die Materialliste angezeigt werden kann, muss ein Gerüst vorhanden sein.
8. Klicken Sie die Registerkarte Eigene Bauteile.

10. Select a component with the right mouse button.
     The line is highlighted in yellow.
     You can also select the component with the left mouse button and dock it to other components if the component has its own click points.
    

11. Position the component in the drawing and click the left mouse button.
     The component is placed and selected in the drawing.

12. In the default tray in the Entity Info section, enter a name in the Instance field, e.g. South.
     If you only insert one component into the drawing, you do not need to enter anything here.
13. Click on Material list in the command bar.
     A scaffold must be available so that the material list can be displayed.
14. Click the Own components tab.

15. Select a line to highlight a component in the drawing. 
     If you have inserted your own component into the drawing several times, you can distinguish between them using the instance designation.

Result

You have inserted your own parts in the drawing. The parts are displayed in the material list and are also included in the reports.
