Keyboard shortcuts can be assigned to the scaffmax functions in the Extensions > eC-scaffmax menu.
Usually the shortcuts for the scaffmax functions are not assigned yet.
Therefore, carry out the following steps to assign a keyboard shortcut to a command, open function,

Steps
- Open dialog Window > Preferences and

- Select select Shortcuts in the sidebar on the left.
- Select the desired function in relevant entry from the Function list box, e. g. ../MENU/Scaffold.
Use the Filter box to filter the displayed functions, e. g. type scaffmax. If your selection already has a keyboard shortcut assigned to it, that shortcut appears in the Assigned box. - Type the new shortcut in the Add shortcut box and click the [+] button.
The shortcut is moved to the Assigned box. If the shortcut is already in use, a message is displayed.
- Click OK to close the dialog.
Result
You have assigned a new shortcut key or reassigned an existing shortcut key.
