Description

The table in the project management clearly lists all projects that have already been created in a table and thus enables quick access to all drawings of a project.
The table can be filtered by specific characters/words, creation date and a prefix.

If only an empty table is displayed, check the filter inputs and the project node.

Prerequisites

• Projects already exist.

Steps

1. Click on Project management in the program bar.
    The scaffmax project list dialog is displayed.
    The currently open project is shown in red font.
    The data of the currently open project is displayed in blue at the top right.
   
   
2. If necessary, filter the list using the following criteria:
   • filter: Affects all columns
   • month/year: Affects the project number
   • prefix: Affects the project number
     
3. Double-click a row in the Project number column.
   1. The project consists of one drawing.
       The project drawing is loaded.
   2.  The project consists of several drawings.
       The Project dialog is displayed.
      
      • In the Available Project Files box, select a drawing and click Load Drawing.(Check mark) The project drawing is loaded.

4. The scaffmax project list dialog can be closed.

Result

You have opened a project drawing.
